<title>methiozolin – cancellation of provisional approval</title>
<link>http://www.alanwood.net/pesticides/methiozolin.html</link>
<description>The name “methiozolin” was provisionally approved by ISO in December 2008, and the replacement name “metiozolin” was sent to preliminary enquiry to correct the spelling. However, the INN “metizoline” has now been found to be a barrier to the final acceptance of both spellings, and therefore the provisional approval of “methiozolin” has been cancelled and the proposed replacement “metiozolin” has been rejected.</description>
